bambiFUTBOL5 StarThe company I work for recently moved into a new building in Irvine. As usual the property management company has not maintained the outside and we had a grand opening on Friday. We also have a lot of walk in traffic. I called this company on Wednesday and they came out Thursday pressure washed they sidewalks and cleaned out the dumpster enclosure before our grand opening. Jordan Bauer5 StarI work for a real estate investor, my boss buys commercial real estate and rehabs it. I was asked to get 3 quotes for cleaning an industrial property. It had a 5000 sqf office space and a 10000 sqf warehouse. I found these guys on Google. They came in in the middle for pricing but were able to work with our schedule and come in next day after the construction crew had finished up. The place was clean and ready for lease up. I am typically busy from the minute I get in to the minute I leave. This company came on there own, stopped by the next day and handed me the quote and let me know they also emailed it to me. It was very easy for me to get done with nearly 0 pain. The first work was completed this past Friday and I received a cometed work order email with before and after pictures.Monday 11th April 2022
