I gave Infinity Disposal a 1 star only because there wasn't an option for minus 5. This company has not picked up my trash nor have they returned my numerous phone calls, however, they have no difficulty charging me monthly. It was a mistake signing on with this company, there is no customer service. I can't even leave another voice message as their voice mail box is continuously full. My guess is from other unsatisfied customers. The sad thing is you can't even cancel your account because you can't get a hold of anyone.

Infinity Disposal is a great waste company to have when your living in the country. The staff is professional and punctual.

Paid for 6 months of service abd they did ok for the first month and a half. But, for the last 4 weeks they have not picked up our trash. I've been calling and calling but no one will answer the phone.

They sure did cash my check that covered several month and haven't picked up trash in at least two weeks.
