Nixxit did an estate clean out for me. I cannot recommend them enough. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. They even spotted some photos and other items I had missed which I'm very glad to be keeping. Very flexible in meeting my scheduling needs as well. They made it so easy to take care of this very difficult task. Thank you!!!!

All the people at Nixxit were friendly, professional, and very competent. The person in the office was super helpful and the 2 guys who came to haul away did it quickly and with great attitudes. Love that it’s a woman-owned business and will definitely hire them again.

Couldn't recommend Nixxit enough! Every step of the process was easy, and everyone was courteous and helpful. I was nervous about using a junk service for the first time, but I'm so glad I found them. I was also very concerned about recycling and ecological consideration for the disposal or donation of my items, so Nixxit was the perfect solution. They took a 6-drawer ikea dresser, dining table and 3 chairs, a shopping bag of e-waste, and a box of misc cleaning and bathroom items (i.e. used lotion and shampoo bottles, nontoxic floor cleaner, wood polish, etc) all for $264. Their pricing was transparent and receiving an over the phone estimate was straightforward.

Lois and his team were on time professionals!! I give them high praise because it’s rare as a matter of fact very rare you have over the top customer service and satisfaction!! I had to empty out my apartment before moving out. I had some okay experiences with other junk removal services in the Bay, but Nixxit was by far the most professional and responsive of all. There's an upfront pricing model and the movers are very professional. If I had to use a mover in the Bay Area again, I would definitely use Nixxit.
